Busy, Lonely and Bluey

I did have a good session last week recording backing vocals for 8 tracks of Geof Pearson’s latest work. I think we’ve recorded somewhere in the region of 50 tracks with Geof so far… his musical inspiration never seems to run out! Geof’s main style is rock but he often ventures outside this and here’s an example of one of his more jazzy tracks, ‘Bluey’ written for his beautiful Weimaraner (awww!). It’s a very simple jazz trio production and a nice example of Joe’s piano skills. He loves a bit of jazz improvisation! I’ve promised Geof we’ll get a photo of him and Bluey up here soon so check back for that.
