We were delighted to be approached again by our friends at String & Tins, to write, record & produce this original song for Peroni’s new campaign showcasing their 0% Nastro Azzuro range. Nikki even got to dust off her university language skills, writing and singing the song in Italian (big thanks to our neighbour Teresa for her pronunciation advice)!
The brief was to create a song which felt like vintage Italian pop from the 60s, summery and uplifting without being cheesy, with a bubbly but not frantic energy, to drive the protagonist through the cobbled streets to meet her lover for a refreshing drink in the sun!
