CBBC series produced by Screenglue, ‘Hey You, What If’ is a bitesized kids science series which delves into all the important questions like “What if the moon was made of cheese” and “What if all you touched turned to gold?”. Impossible questions need epic answers!

Our inner maths & space geeks were delighted to be asked to write the theme music for this series. We remembered that NASA has a public library of sounds recorded in space, so we headed there and downloaded their Voyager Wave Experiment recording of lighting on Jupiter, and turned this into a sample around which we built the rest of the theme. We then emailed NASA to make sure we had their permission, and it will remain one of the highlights of our career to receive a reply with consent from NASA Chief Scientist and Space Physicist, Dr. James Green.
